The terms and conditions outlined here constitute the contract between you and Brent Mini-Cabs. Booking a taxi and utilizing our services indicates your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions as detailed in this agreement.

1. Definitions

In this agreement, "Brent Mini-Cabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider, while "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 You are responsible for allowing sufficient time for your journey and ensuring punctuality, including all airport transfers where adherence to check-in times is crucial. Brent Mini-Cabs will not be held responsible for delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate time for reaching your destination or for your unpreparedness to be collected at the designated time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle of an appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. Brent Mini-Cabs does not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Please note that, regardless of age, a child will be considered a single passenger.

2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access should specify this requirement when making a booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of VAT, and any applicable VAT will be added as a separate charge. If significant changes are made to the initial itinerary, we retain the right to adjust the provided quote.

3.2 Our quoted price includes a 45-minute waiting period following the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking costs. Any waiting time beyond this duration will be subject to the standard Brent Mini-Cabs waiting rate. While we make every effort to monitor flight details and adjust our service in case of delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is essential to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to report any discrepancies to Brent Mini-Cabs may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be held accountable.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any soiling, damage, or adverse impact on the vehicle caused by a passenger may result in a cleaning fee.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle.

4.3 All children must be properly secured following their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are obligated to transport only the number of passengers specified in our licensing or insurance terms.

5. Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel a booking with Brent Mini-Cabs, please inform us as soon as possible. Failure to cancel a vehicle after dispatch may incur a charge based on the time and distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 If you have booked through our online system and canceled before the vehicle has been dispatched, a cancellation charge may apply to the initial payment.

6. Liability

6.1 While Brent Mini-Cabs strives to ensure timely arrivals, we cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Under no circumstances will Brent Mini-Cabs be liable for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown during your journey with Brent Mini-Cabs, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle to expedite your travel.

6.4 You shall indemnify Brent Mini-Cabs against any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any act or omission of any individual in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or other matters prohibited by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is put at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage by you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Brent Mini-Cabs may delegate its obligations as outlined in this agreement through subcontracting. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Brent Mini-Cabs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please regularly review these terms to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We process information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Brent Mini-Cabs and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any rights or benefits to a third party. No third party may enforce rights under this agreement without a written agreement in place.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Brent Mini-Cabs is not obligated to address claims or disputes submitted after this timeframe.
